Abstract

L'invention est relative à un procédé de traitement d'une préparation sérique pour l'obtention d'antigène HB3 purifié. Ce procédé comprend, en plus d'opérations traditionnelles pour le fractionnement et l'élimination des protéines sériques, des opérations pour : - l'élimination des beta lipoprotéines; - la dissociation des immun-complexes impliquant l'HB8 , en phase insoluble avec élimination des protéines contaminantes ; - la dénaturation sans insolubilisation des protéines contaminantes résiduelles. L'antigène purifié obtenu selon l'invention est utile notamment pour la préparation de compositions immunogènes.
