Abstract

The device serves in particular for producing agricultural products and has a rotatably mounted pressing vessel (1). The interior of the pressing vessel (1) is subdivided into a pressure chamber and a pressing chamber (10) by a hood-like press bellows (8) attached approximately parallel to the axis of the pressing vessel. The pressure chamber is provided with an inlet arrangement for a pressure fluid while the pressing chamber (10) having a liquid outlet arrangement is composed of arched, perforated drainage channels (17). In the wall of the shell (2) of the pressing vessel is arranged a fermentation gas valve (18) which opens out into the interior of the pressing vessel (1) beneath a drainage channel (17) or into the region of the juice collection chamber (14) and whose valve body, in the open position, rests against a cam (19) arranged above the axis of rotation of the pressing vessel (1).
