Abstract

The device intended particularly for removing the juice from agricultural products, primarily fruit, has a rotatable pressing container (1) which is divided by a pressing bellows (8) into a pressure chamber (11, 111) and a pressing chamber (10). The pressure chamber (11) has an inlet (12) for a pressure medium and the pressing chamber (10) has a liquid outlet (17). At least one bellows-like inflatable filling body (13), especially a flexible filling bellows, which includes an inlet (15) for a pressure medium, is provided in the pressure chamber (11). Part (111) of the pressure chamber (11) of such a device can be neutralised in order to limit the exchange of pressure medium to the remaining part of the pressure chamber, thus permitting time and energy to be saved.
