Abstract

L'invention concerne les appareils de comptage de particules en suspension dans un liquide. Elle se rapporte à un appareil dans lequel un échantillon dilué contenu dans un récipient est chassé dans un tube RS par de l'air sous pression pénétrant par une entrée 11 et est dilué par un liquide dépourvu de particules circulant dans une chambre conique délimitée par une surface 27 et dans une ouverture RA . liquide transmis dans la chambre 27 est à une pression égale à la pression régnant dans le récipient 10 réduite de la perte de charge dans le tube RS . Application au comptage simultané des globules rouges et des plaquettes du sang.
