Abstract

The system constructs buildings ventilated mechanically by the generation of pressure or vacuum. All or part of the building is formed by a set of walls together forming a primary circuit discharging to the outside hot air expelled by the pressure difference, and a secondary circuit with one or more heat-exchange walls common to the primary one. The secondary circuit delivers fresh air in contr-flow to the primary circuit from the outside to the inside, in conjunction with fans inducing flow in the circuits in the desired directions.
