Abstract

Cette composition aqueuse de revêtement est à base de : A. 100 parties en poids d'un produit, au moins partiellement neutralisé, de la réaction d'un composé contenant des groupes époxy et d'une amine; et B. 5 à 50 parties en poids d'un polyisocyanate au moins partiellement bloqué, les eléments A et pouvant être combinés chimiquement dans la composition. Le composé époxy aminé est le produit de la réaction de : 1 degrés 40 à 90 parties en poids d'un (co)polymère époxydé, ayant un indice d'époxy de 50 à 400, d'un (cyclo)alcadiène contenant 4 à 12 atomes de carbone, ce (co)polymère ayant un poids moléculaire moyen de 400 à 12 000, et de 2 degrés 60 à 10 parties en poids d'un composé contenant 1 à 30 atomes de carbone et comportant au moins un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire. A l'aide de cette composition, on peut revêtir, par cataphorèse, des supports en acier, aluminium, cuivre ou alliage métallique, qui peuvent être pré-traités de manière habituelle; le revêtement cuit présente une résistance très élevée à la corrosion et une souplesse remarquable D'après une variante, la composition de revêtement peut être utiisée comme peinture pour immersion, sans application de courant électrique.
