Abstract

Cette masse biologique est obtenue en tant que produit final. d'un système biologique du traitement d'un influent chargé en DBO qui contient également du phosphore et de l'azote fixé. Le traitement biologique consiste à faire réagir en conditions. anaérobiques une liqueur mélangée composée d'une masse biologique activée et d'un influent chargé en DBO, puis à traiter cette liqueur mélangée en conditions oxiques. Les matières traitées sont ensuite séparées en un liquide surnageant, sans DBO, et en une masse biologique activée dense. Une partie de cette masse biologique est employée à former la liqueur mélangée pour le traitement anaérobique initial, tandis que la partie restante est récupérée sous forme de produit. Ce produit peut être utilisé dans les industries de fermentation ou, soit en l'état, soit après séchage, comme fertilisant ou élément nutritif dans les aliments pour animaux.
