Abstract

Central de télécommunications à commande commune comprenant une unité de commande et une unité de décision qui limite automatiquement la partie des tentatives d'appel reçues, acceptée pour commutation, et afin d'éviter la surcharge de l'unité de commande centrale, vérifie à des intervalles d'horloge le nombre de tentatives d'appel acceptées par unité de temps, et en limite la quantité. L'unité de décision 10 est associée à une unité de prédiction 7, qui reçoit des informations sur la distribution du nombre de tentatives d'appel acceptées et sur le mélange d'appels, et qui détermine l'occupation couramment attendue de l'unité de commande centrale et l'occupation à attendre de cette unité de commande dans une période de commutation subséquente avec l'aide des informations reçues, et communique ces occupations à l'unité de décision 10.
