Abstract

Un sistema de conmutación para telecomunicación, de control común, el cual consta de una unidad de control y una unidad de decisión que limita automáticamente aquella parte de los intentos de llamadas entrantes aceptados para conmutación y, para evitar sobrecargas de la unidad de control central, comprueba e intervalos de reloj, el número de intentos de llamada aceptados por tiempo unidad, limitando este número; este sistema está caracterizado porque a la unidad de decisión (10 se le asigna una unidad de predicción (7) que recibe informacion sobre la distribucion del numero de intentos de llamadas aceptados y sobre la mezcla de llamadas, y que determina la ocupacion corrientemente esperada de la unidad de control central y la ocupacion de esta unidad, que puede esperarse en un intervalo de control subsiguiente con ayuda de la informacion recibida y comunica estas ocupaciones a la unidad de decision (10).
