Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable communication processing excellent in flexibility without lowering the effective processing ability, by providing a scanning line number conversion section between the scanning counter and the decoder, in a communication processor which controls a plurality of lines mixed in different communication speeds. CONSTITUTION:A scanning counter 21 performs count operation which circulates the value of 0, 1-n of a given period, the output 31 is fed to a scanning line number conversion section 22, from which the corresponding scanning line number is read out on a signal line 32. This line number is fed to a common control section 26 and interpreted at a decoder 24 to select line control sections 25-0-25-n. That is, if the value of scanning line number is ''0'', the signal line 24-0 is at ''1'', the line control 25-0 is selected, and if the scanning line number is ''n'', the signal line 24-n is at ''1'', and the line control 25-n is selected. Thus, the communication processing excellent in the flexibility can be made without lowering the effective processing ability.
