Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to suppress the spread in the spectral of a transmission line signal, by transmitting a video element train of facsimile signal through polarity inversion for every two video elements. Further, If ''1'' video elements are three or more consequtive, the polarity of the output is changed at the 2nd, and when said elements are ''0'' video elements, the output is made zero. Thus, by the signal processing like this, the video signal A is converted into such signal as (F).
