Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant une détection rapide d'un état bactériémique grâce à la mesure de modifications de pH dans un milieu de culture inoculé avec le sang à tester, et permettant, grâce aux mêmes modifications de pH, une évaluation de l'activité bactériostatique de plusieurs antibiotiques sur le germe ainsi détecté. L'invention concerne aussi l'appareillage permettant d'appliquer cette méthode grâce à la mesure des variations de pH.
