Abstract

Procédé de séparation d'un mélange d'isomère thréo- et d'isomère érythro- de 3-(3,4-dibenzyloxyphényl) sérine. Il comprend la réaction d'un mélange des isomères thréo- et érythro- avec un acide minéral, et la séparation du mélange des sels d'acide minéral résultant des isomères en chacun des sels d'acide minéral en utilisant la différence de solubilité des sels d'acide minéral, et facultativement la transformation du sel d'acide minéral séparé en un isomère libre. Application à l'obtention de l'isomère thréo- et de l'isomère érythro- pur.
