Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de séchage et/ou de granulation continu de matière en vrac. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on met mécaniquement en turbulence la matière en vrac dans un volume fermé, en ce qu'on insuffle de façon continue le gaz au travers de la matière mise en turbulence et transversalement à la direction de turbulence et en ce qu'on produit en cours de turbulence sur la matière en vrac, façon continue, une composante d'entraînement orientée dans un sens opposé à la direction d'écoulement du gaz et qui est plus petite que la composante d'entraînement du gaz. Application à des installations de séchage - granulation.
