Abstract

La présente invention se rapport à la fabrication d'un miroir constitué d'une série d'éléments en verre portant une couche réfléchissante, collés à une structure porteuse rigide suivant une forme prédéterminée par un gabarit; le miroir ainsi formé peut être plan, courbe ou présenter une forme parabolique. On dispose pour ce faire d'un support auquel on a donné une forme bien définie suivant un gabarit; ce support peut être formé d'un élément métallique, plastique ou béton ou même de verre cellulaire ou de céramique. Les éléments de verre portant une surface réfléchissante sont collés sur ce support, la face réfléchissante dirigée vers celui-ci pour éviter toute attaque de la part d'agents atmosphériques. Ce type de miroir peut être utilisé comme concentrateur solaire et notamment comme chaudière à énergie solaire.
