Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de faciliter l'échange génétique dans le genre Streptomyces par fusion des protoplastes. L'utilisation de ce procédé permet de surmonter les obstacles physiques et enzymatiques qui empêchent l'échange génétique et facilite la formation de cellules hybrides. On améliore la fusion des protoplastes en les traitant par du polyéthylèneglycol. Application à la mise au point de souches conduisant à des espèces hybrides ayant des propriétés spécifiques.
