Abstract

L'invention concerne une nouvelle 3-Ø(S)- 1'-phényléthylaminoõ-propylaminobléomycine, et son procédé de préparation. Ce nouveau composé est obtenu par réaction d'un dérivé réactif du groupe carboxylique de l'acide bléomycinique avec le N-Ø(S)-1'-phényléthylõ-1,3-diaminopropane. Cette nouvelle bléomycine a des effets secondaires réduits.
