Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour déplacer un bloc de béton léger n'ayant pas encore pris vers un poste de découpe. Le procédé consiste à disposer le bloc de béton 1 sur un support mobile 3 comprenant une courroie de matière flexible et porté par une semelle 4, à faire passer un gaz entre les faces opposées de la courroie 3 et de la semelle 4 afin de créer un coussin de gaz entre celles-ci et à exercer une force sur l'une des extrémités du bloc de béton afin de le déplacer d'une distance donnée vers le poste de découpe, le mouvement de la courroie 3 étant solidaire ou simultane à celui du bloc 1. Un organe 17 est prévu pour maintenir l'extrémité libre 21 du bloc de béton jusqu'à ce que celui-ci soit découpé par les fils alignés 2 du poste de découpe. Transport d'un bloc de béton non durci avant sa découpe en dalles.
