Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de fabrication de profilés en tôle soudés. Sur une machine à profiler à rouleaux conformant une gouttière longitudinale est disposé, à la suite, un dispositif de soudure à la molette comportant deux galets d'âme 29, 30 pour un profilé tubulaire pourvu d'une gouttière 33. Les galets d'âme sont en contact avec la zone de soudure et une ligne diamétralement opposée. Un rouleau d'appui 28 supporte le tout, tandis que, diamétralement opposées, sont disposées côte à côte deux électrodes à molettes 31, 32 isolées l'une de l'autre. L'invention s'applique à la fabrication de tous profilés par soudure.
