Abstract

a. Charnière ou paumelle à fermeture automatique. b. Elle comprend deux pièces dont l'une comporte un manchon cylindrique fermé à son extrémité inférieure, l'autre pièce comportant une broche reçue à rotation dans le manchon afin de relier à pivotement les deux pièces de la charnière, le manchon comportant, à son extrémité inférieure, une partie pourvue d'un filetage intérieur conçu pour coopérer avec un filetage extérieur correspondant d'une bague dans laquelle l'extrémité inférieure de ladite broche est logée, de façon axialement déplaçable, la bague s'élevant par vissage dans ce dernier pour venir s'appliquer contre un épaulement annulaire de la broche, après quoi la continuation du mouvement relatif de rotation et du vissage vers le haut a pour effet de lever la broche. c. Concerne la quincaillerie de bâtiment.
