Abstract

L'invention concerne une traversée sous vide à broches multiples pouvant être cuite. Selon l'invention, elle comprend un cylindre en métal 1 ayant des parties de paroi cylindrique mince 1a et épaisse 1b et un gradin interne 1c entre elles, un porte-broches 2 en céramique en forme de disque inséré dans le cylindre, reposant contre le gradin et fixé étanche à la paroi interne du cylindre, et plusieurs broches terminales en métal traversant le porte-broches ayant un bout mâle à chaque extrémité; une soudure est formée entre une extrémité de la partie de paroi mince et un récipient sous vide 4; les bouts mâles des broches sont en retrait par rapport aux extrémités correspondantes du cylindre; le porte-broches et la paroi interne du cylindre sont fixés étanches en un emplacement B axialement non identique à l'emplacement A où sont fixés étanches et le porte-broches et les broches terminales. L'invention s'applique notamment aux synchrotrons.
