Abstract
Dispositif de connexion pour transfert de chaleur par conduction. Ce dispositif est constitué par des faisceaux de feuilles métalliques 20, souples et thermiquement conductrices, chaque faisceau reliant une source de chaleur 10, tel qu'un composant électronique, à un puits de chaleur 16, 38, et exerçant une force prédéterminée sur la source de chaleur. Les feuilles métalliques sont suffisamment souples pour absorber toute dilatation ou contraction dues aux variations de températures. Ce dispositif est utilisé dans les dispositifs de refroidissement de circuits intégrés.
