Abstract
a. Dispositif optique de déviation permettant de faire varier la direction d'un faisceau de rayons lumineux. b. Ce dispositif est constitué d'une série de prismes 1, 2, 3 disposés côte à côte et dont chacun comporte une face externe tournée dans l'une des directions prévues de réception ou d'émission et une autre face sensiblement parallèle à une face du prisme voisin, mais écartée de celle-ci pour former un intervalle 4 ou 5. Ce dernier renferme, ou est susceptible de recevoir, un fluide apte à modifier les conditions physiques de passage des rayons lumineux, soit pour permettre leur libre transmission d'un prisme à l'autre, soit pour les réfléchir à l'endroit d'un tel intervalle, l'orientation du ou des intervalles ainsi prévus étant déterminée en fonction de la ou des déviations à réaliser. c. Le présent dispositif peut être utilisé dans divers appareils optiques, photographiques ou cinématographiques, soit pour dévier un faisceau de rayons lumineux afin de le diriger vers l'une ou l'autre de plusieurs directions prévues de réception, soit inversement pour diriger, vers une direction déterminée, un tel faisceau provenant de l'une ou l'autre de plusieurs directions possibles d'émission.
