Abstract

The incineration furnace is for combustible refuse, primary air being blown in through the grates, and a secondary combustion aid into the combustion chamber outlet. A mixing chamber is provided for the combustion gases and a colder medium. A boiler receivers the sensible heat from the gases, the fumes from the boiler being fed through a precipitator. Part of the cleaned fumes is recycled.
