Abstract

L'invention concerne une couche conductrice d'électricité et son procédé de réalisation. Cette couche est constituée de fines particules d'un matériau conducteur, dispersées au sein d'un polymère durcissable. Le composé conducteur est un matériau semi-conducteur obtenu par pyrolyse d'un composé carboné, dopé et/ou enrobé d'éléments des groupes III a VIII du tableau périodique. La pyrolise est réalisée à une température comprise entre 600 degrés et 1 600 degrés C. Application à la réalisation par exemple par sérigraphie de couches conductrices de l'électricité et ayant un très faible coefficient de température.
