Abstract

L'invention est relative à un dispositif de blocage d'un vérin. Il est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un cylindre fixe traversé selon son axe longitudinal et de manière étanche par la tige du vérin et comprenant deux chambres, l'une de commande et l'autre d'équilibre, séparées par un piston susceptible de coulisser de manière étanche à intérieur du cylindre et autour de la tige, ayant une première face en regard de la chambre d'équilibre et une deuxième face disposée en regard de la chambre de commande, ledit piston étant soumis à l'action d'un ressort qui, en l'absence de pression dans la chambre de commande, applique la deuxième face du piston, contre un organe disposé dans cette chambre de commande, ledit organe bloquant ladite tige lorsque la deuxième face du piston est appliquée contre ledit organe sous l'action du ressort, et libérant la tige lorsque la chambre de commande est soumise à une pression exerçant sur la deuxième face du piston un effort antagoniste et supérieur à celui dudit ressort. L'invention s'applique notamment comme dispositif de sécurité en cas de défaillance du réseau d'alimentation de fluide sous pression d'une installation.
