Filaments ou fibres hydrophiles présentant une structure à noyau-manteau, constitués en des polymères synthétiques fibrogènes ayant une porosité d'au moins 10 % et une capacité de rétention d'eau d'au moins 10 % pour un gonflement de la fibre qui est inférieur à la capacité de rétention d'eau.
