Abstract

L'invention concerne un fragmenteur à batteurs. Ce fragmenteur comprend un tambour 1, un rotor 3, des batteurs 5, une trémie d'entrée 9 reliée au tambour par un canal 11, une trémie de sortie 8, un premier volet pivotant 13 qui, en fonctionnement normal laisse dégagé le canal 11 et un second volet pivotant 15 qui est soumis par un poids 17 à une force de rappel et qui en fonctionnement normal plonge dans le produit à fractionner. Une timonerie 20, 21, 22 rend solidaires entre eux les déplacements des deux volets 13 et 15. L'accouplement entre les deux volets est tel que, lorsque le premier volet part de sa position terminale d'ouverture du canal 11, le second volet sort en tournant du courant en rotation du produit à fragmenter et vice-versa. L'invention s'applique au fractionnement des produits agricoles.
