a. Procédé pour la fabrication de cyanure de benzoyle à partir de chlorure de benzoyle et d'un cyanure de métal alcalin, dans un système à deux phases, constituées d'eau et d'un solvant organique, b. Procedé caractérisé en ce qu'on opère la substitution en présence d'amines tertiaires et d'acide cyanhydrique. c. Procédé applicable à l'obtention de cyanure de benzoyle notamment pour la fabrication d'herbicides.
