Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de stérilisation plus particulièrement destiné au traitement de récipients contenant des produits tels que des conserves alimentaires ou produits pharmaceutiques. L'appareil comprend une enceinte 101 contenant un fluide de stérilisation et un liquide de refroidissement ainsi qu'un transporteur. L'appareil comporte de plus deux dispositifs d'étanchéité sépares, l'un 110 prévu pour introduire les récipients dans la partie 102 de l'enceinte contenant le fluide de stérilisation, et l'autre 111 prévu pour les faire sortir de la partie 105 de l'enceinte contenant le liquide de refroidissement, sans modifier sensiblement la pression dans ladite enceinte. Application : stérilisation de boîtes de conserves.
