Abstract

Appareillage de distribution de fluides instables. Il comprend deux ensembles de pompage qui sont commandés par des moteurs pneumatiques et qui aspirent et refoulent alternativement le fluide en très faible quantité vers un point d'utilisation. Des distributeurs commandent le fonctionnement des moteurs dans lesquels ils introduisent alternativement un fluide de commande qui entraîne leur piston et qu'ils relient alternativement à l'atmosphère. Un dispositif de jonction qui se rompt en cas de surpression provoquée par l'explosion du fluide dans l'un des ensembles permet d'agrandir considérablement le volume de sa chambre de pompage et d'éliminer la surpression. Application à l'alimentation d'un pistolet de pulvérisation d'une matière plastique qui, au moment où elle est utilisée, doit être mélangée avec un catalyseur qui est fluide instable.
