Abstract

L'objet de l'invention concerne un dispositif de plateau porte-repas pour présentation de denrées à des températures de consommations différentes. Il est constitué par la combinaison de contacts placés sur l'alvéolage récepteur du plateau et l'intégration d'une résistance chauffante dans la masse céramique d'une assiette ou d'un plat devant contenir le produit réchauffé. Il est destiné à améliorer le rendement thermique des résistances en chauffant plus rapidement les denrées placées sur le plateau porteur des plats cuisinés prêts à la consommation et leur permettre de conserver plus longtemps la chaleur transmise.
