Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un procédé et un dispositif de correction automatique de mise au point d'un microscope. Selon l'invention, on mesure les variations de l'intensité lumineuse en plusieurs points de l'image et on corrige la mise au point pour que cette variation soit la plus grande possible. Application dans le domaine médical à la misee au point d'un microscope destiné à la mesure du nombre de cellules sanguines.
