Abstract

La présente invention concerne les machines électriques tournantes. Rotor de volant magnétique de puissance élevée monté dans une cloche, dans lequel les N aimants et les N pièces polaires, régulièrement répartis le long de la périphérie interne de la jante de la cloche, sont ajustés et fixés au moyen de N pièces intercalaires, chaque pièce intercalaire étant interposée entre deux paires adjacentes aimant-pièce polaire, l'assemblage étant scellé à la jante par collage. Outillage utilisé pour le montage d'un tel rotor. Application aux volants magnétiques multipolaires pour l'équipement électrique des véhicules motorises à deux roues.
