Abstract

Conditionnement et conservation de produits alimentaires. On utilise un récipient en verre du genre verre à boire 1 qui ne comporte pas de moyens d'accrochage ou de verrouillage de la capsule de fermeture 3. On ferme le récipient en injectant de la vapeur dans l'espace 6. La pasteurisation ou stérilisation est effectuée à l'autoclave avec une surpression d'air comprimé pour maintenir appliquée la capsule 3 sur le verre 1. Application à la conservation de longue durée de produits alimentaires, tels que des pâtés, dans des verres à boire réutilisables en tant que tels apres consommation du contenu.
