Abstract

L'invention est relative à une machine à forger des tubes, machine qui comporte, de chaque côté du caisson de forgeage, une tête de serrage coulissant horizontalement et traversant une douille pour le mandrin. Selon l'invention le mandrin est monté solidaire de l'une des têtes de serrage et peut pénétrer par son extrémité libre dans la douille de l'autre tête de serrage, une pièce glissée sur le mandrin étant uniquement bloquee par des surfaces de serrage annulaires formées par les surfaces frontales des douilles intermédiaires prenant appui contre les douilles des têtes de serrage.
