Abstract

Le procédé d'ostéosynthèse selon l'invention permet de guérir des fractures osseuses de toute nature, même relativement compliquées, sans plâtre, sans douleur, sans éléments extérieurs, dans des délais très courts. Ce procédé consiste à forer un canal longitudinal 5 dans l'os fracturé à partir de l'une de ses extrémités, à percer dans chaque fragment osseux un trou transversal 10, à introduire une goupille 11, 12 dans chaque trou transversal, à exercer sur ces goupilles, par l'entremise d'une broche 17 dont l'extrémité filetée 18 est vissée dans un taraudage de la goupille 12 et dont un épaulement 19 prend appui sur la goupille 13, une force longitudinale mettant en contact intime et soumettant à une certaine compression les deux surfaces de la cassure, et à maintenir ainsi cette force de compression jusqu'à guérison, puis, après cette guérison, à enlever dans l'ordre inverse de leurs introductions, les diverses pièces.
