Abstract

a. Masque perfectionné pour plongeurs sous-marins, pourvu d'un corps de caoutchouc comprenant une partie couvrant le nez, et d'une glace façonnée de manière à assurer un champ visuel maximum. b. Dans ce masque, l'anneau de pression traditionnel est remplacé par un corps caréné 1 d'entourage en forme de bague fermée depourvue de vis, crochets ou similaires. Or, ce corps caréné assure l'étanchéité à la jonction de la glace 2 et du corps de caoutchouc 3 grâce à un siège en profil spécial pour y recevoir le bord antérieur correspondant du corps de caoutchouc et pour y emprisonner le bord de la glace avec son bourrelet d'entourage 4 en forme de corniche à profil conique, par engagement élastique, dont l'autoblocage est assuré par une légère saillie annulaire appropriée prévue à l'intérieur du siège du corps caréné. c. Ce masque est destiné à être utilisé par les plongeurs sous-marins.
