Abstract

Procédé pour le réglage de la vitesse de transport d'un convoyeur vibrant entraîné en rotation, qui est agencé en un système à deux masses, accordé à proximité de la résonance. L'opération d'entraînement a lieu alternativement dans le temps avec des nombres de tours différents, le nombre de tours supérieur conduisant à une amplitude utile des oscillations du fond transporteur pour laquelle le produit est acheminé, tandis que le nombre de tours inferieur se monte à 80 % au moins du nombre de tours supérieur et conduit à une amplitude utile des oscillations du fond transporteur pour laquelle le produit reste immobile sur ce fond. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé comportant un entraînement qui possède deux vitesses de rotation initiales se succédant à de courts intervalles de temps avec une différence de jusqu'à 20 %. Application aux convoyeurs vibrants utilisés pour transporter un produit en vrac ou morcelé, qui est soumis, éventuellement sur certaines sections, à un traitement tel qu'un refroidissement ou un séchage à l'air.
