On effectue l'allumage du chargement en se servant de gaz chauds à une température de 1100 à 1300 degrés C et en effectuant l'allumage sur une longueur de la bande de frittage représentant de 6,5 à 13 % de la longueur de cette bande se trouvant au-dessus des boîtes à vent. c. Sidérurgie.
