Hereby, the amount of gas generated in the furnace is kept constant, the fluctuation of the furnace pressure is restricted to a small value, the leak of gas or sucking of outside air through the gap between the skirt and the furnace port is prevented, and the useless combustion of the generated gas is prevented; hereby, the heat value of the recovered gas per unit product can be improved.
