Abstract

Appareil de filtrage muni d'un boîtier pouvant contenir un support de filtre, d'un égouttoir placé sur le support de filtre, et d'un récipient de filtrat Selon l'invention, l'égouttoir est muni d'au moins une ouverture d'écoulement pour laisser passer le filtrat ; du fait de mettre en place ledit récipient dans l'appareil, l'égouttoir est amené dans une position de filtrage dans laquelle il est supporté par le récipient, l'ouverture d'écoulement de l'égouttoir se trouvant alors à l'endroit du point le plus bas. Par contre, lorsque le récipient de filtrat est éloigné, l'égouttoir est amené dans une position dans laquelle une partie de fond de l'égouttoir occupe un niveau plus bas que l'ouverture d'écoulement. De préférence, le récipient de filtrat étant éloigné de l'appareil, l'égouttoir est suspendu sur un bord d'une ouverture de boîtier de l'appareil. Application aux percolateurs.
