Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de câblage pour câble de télécommunication, dans lequel les conducteurs de l'élément de câblage sont munis chacun d'une gaine isolante en matière plastique et sont assemblés entre eux. L'invention réside en ce que les gaines isolantes respectives de tous les fils de l'élément de câblage sont extrudés simultanément ; en ce que, cependant qu'elles se déplacent parallèlement, ces gaines sont assemblées entre elles par leurs surfaces respectives par points ou suivant une ligne et en ce qu'enfin elles sont torsadées autour de leur axe de symétrie commun parallèle à leurs axes respectifs. Ce procéde trouve application avantageuse dans la fabrication de paires ou de quartes pour câble de télécommunication.
