Abstract

The display system (10) is of the type which includes a display control circuit coupled to a display unit. The control circuit reacts to predetermined input signals representing data so as to control the presentation of the data. The display control circuit has translation systems which permit display of the data in any language from amount several predetermined languages. The translating systems have switching circuits for selection of the desired language. The selection circuits connect the translation circuit to at least a selection voltage source. The translating means includes components with gates coupled to the selection circuits for selection of the gate states and to write the data in the desired languages.
