Abstract

Ce procédé est du type consistant à préparer les résidus avant de réaliser leur ensemencement en bactéries méthanigènes, puis une préfermentation et une fermentation des bactéries methanigènes. Selon l'invention, il consiste à réaliser les différentes phases de ce cycle dans au moins trois cellules décalées verticalement, la cellule dans laquelle se produit la première phase étant la plus haute, afin de permettre le passage des produits par gravité d'une cellule à une autre adjacente.
