Abstract

Soupape rotative pour mécanisme de direction assités à pignon et crémaillère de véhicule à moteur, la soupape rotative comprenant un manchon de soupape, un rotor à l'intérieur du manchon de soupape, ledit rotor et le manchon de soupape ayant chacun des rainures s'étendant axialement qui cooperent pour commander l'écoulement de fluide sous pression à travers la soupape en fonction de la disposition angulaire du rotor par rapport au manchon de soupape et une barre de torsion reliant le rotor au pignon du mécanisme de direction à pignon et crémaillère. Le pignon est cylindrique et est relié de manière rigide au manchon de soupape au moyen d'un organe de couplage annulaire ayant une partie d'extrémité qui s'assemble au-dessus d'une partie d'extrémité du pignon et a des dents internes qui engrènent avec les dents du pignon, l'organe de couplage annulaire étant brasé ou fixé de toute autre manière à la fois au pignon et au manchon de soupape. Application: mécanisme de direction assistée du type à pignon et crémaillère pour véhicule à moteur.
