Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une valve rotative hydraulique. La valve rotative selon l'invention est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend en combinaison un boîtier dans lequel est formé un alésage communiquant par un orifice d'entrée relié à une source de fluide sous pression, un premier et un second passages communiquant avec un moteur hydraulique, et un passage de retour de fluide communiquant avec un réservoir, une barre de torsion ayant un corps cylindrique dont une portion au moins est située à l'intérieur dudit boîtier, ledit corps cylindrique ayant une extrémité fixée audit boîtier et une seconde extrémité reliée à un organe de commande, ledit organe de commande provoquant la rotation dudit corps cylindrique en réponse à un couple appliqué par le conducteur de façon à restreindre la communication de fluide sous pression provenant dudit orifice d'entrée vers l'un desdits deux passages et de façon à alimenter simultanément l'autre desdits deux passages en fluide sous pression fournissant ainsi une assistance hydraulique audit mécanisme de direction au moyen dudit moteur hydraulique. Application aux mécanismes de direction à assistance hydraulique pour véhicule automobile.
