Abstract
La présente invention a trait à des microgranulés destinés à être ajoutés à des aliments ayant un déficit en méthionine pour augmenter leur valeur nutritive, caractérisés en ce qu'ils comportent un noyau constitué de microcristaux de méthionine de dimension d'au plus 10 microns encapsulés dans une matrice de polymère de forme sphéroïde dans laquelle ils sont uniformément répartis, le noyau étant enrobé dans une ou plusieurs couches d'une protéine végétale extraite à partir de gluten, le diamètre des microgranulés obtenus étant de 25 à 200 microns.
