Abstract

The hydraulic protection valve is positioned in the beginning and/or end of hydraulic connection pipes between a pump control valve and a hydraulic piston-cylinder motor. It consists of a valve housing with an axially movable control piston. The central internal space (26) of the valve housing (24) is divided into two chambers (27, 28) to separate the hydraulic flows. Each half of the control piston (29) extends through one chamber and has sealing control discs (43) and a projection (39). The projections have apertures (44, 46) in the axial direction of the control piston. Each housing chamber has a pair of hydraulic connections. Each piston projection is positioned between a pair of connections. The control discs are positioned in an axial direction on the piston, so that in active positions, they are beside the connections, to release the hydraulic flow.
