Abstract

Procédé de construction d'une cuve sphérique composée d'un réservoir intérieur en matière plastique, d'une armature soutenant un béton coulé sur place, moulé entre un coffrage extérieur et un coffrage intérieur. L'introduction du béton dans le moule s'effectue en injectant d'abord une partie de la masse de béton dans une partie inférieure de la cavité il après avoir partiellement rempli d'un liquide le réservoir intérieur 4 en arrêtant ensuite l'arrivée du béton pour compacter par vibrage la partie déjà injectée en remplissant completement de liquide le réservoir intérieur et en achevant enfin d'injecter le reste de béton qui est alors soumis à un pervibrage interne, poursuivi jusqu'à ce que le réservoir intérieur 4 air repris sa position initiale.
